In 1992
A factory was established to produce white latex for construction.
In 2003
It was officially registered as Nanning Lishide Chemical Co., Ltd.
In 2009
It invested more than 70 million yuan to build a new factory in Long'an County, Nanning City, covering an area of 28,000 square meters, and changed its name to Guangxi Popar Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. Mainly produces wall paint, wood paint, waterproof paint, adhesive and other products.
In 2015
Popar established its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangxi New Coordinate Paint Engineering Co., Ltd., which has the national second-level construction qualification. It currently has 20 senior construction engineers, 3 senior material engineers, 5 paint trainers, and 35 construction project managers. There are 55 on-site management staff and more than 1,200 construction teams.
In 2016
Popar launched the national channel business and sold in 13 provinces.
In 2020
Popar invested 20 million yuan to establish a Popar marketing center in Jiangnan District, Nanning City, Guangxi.
In 2021
Popar and Guangxi University for Nationalities reached a strategic cooperation in product research to jointly establish a practical education base.
In 2021
Popar became a "specialized, special and new" small and medium-sized company.
In March 2021
Popar was launched for online sales.
In August 2021
Popar established a foreign trade business.

Popar established a self-media advertising department.

Popar became a high-tech company.
In 2023
Popar formed a modern enterprise integrating production, research and development, domestic and overseas sales, and publicity. It keeps pace with the times and shoulders the mission of "struggling hard for a strong national paint brand" to continue to embark on a new journey.
